North Leominster Realty LLC Purchases Former Foster Grant Sunglass Building Jim LeBlanc, a co-owner in the building and Fosta-Tek, described the purchase as an opportunity to insure control of the facility housing Fosta-Tek's daily operations and to provide adequate expansion space to satisfy Fosta-Tek's future growth objectives. John Morrison, President of Fosta-Tek and North Leominster Realty, promoted the purchase as an opportunity to further invest in the community that has been so successful in supporting Fosta-Tek during its 15 years of operations and growth. The plans for the building will be to invest close to $1 million in improvements and seek multiple smaller tenants in the area in need of additional storage, warehousing or light assembly operations.
